Called in today 20th Feb 24. Food was excellent and staff very friendly and efficient. Good atmosphere too. Always return here for lunch any time we are in Derry City.

On entering there was hand sanitizer and the queue kept moving at a steady pace. The food was excellent and plenty of it. The lady behind the counter told my husband to go and get a seat as some people were taking them before they were served. After l placed my order she told me to pay and go and sit down and she would bring it over for me. I thought this was great as my husband has had a stroke and l have trouble walking. The staff were more than helpful. The food was reasonably priced and the place was very clean. Would definitely recommend it .

Very nice coffee and treat with my friend in jamm Richmond centre yesterday. Loretta is a standout staff member. Very welcoming and made us feel like nothing was any bother. The blonde girl on the till was also very welcoming to us. The staff definitely make the difference in this cafe. Makes a pleasant change to see people happy in their work.

This is a fantastic restaurant. The food is gorgeous and fantastic value for money. Big portions and extremely reasonably priced! The staff here are a credit to Jamm. They were so nice, friendly, caring and went out of their way to make us feel welcome and look after us!We are here on a few occasions over our Derry stay. We had breakfast (twice) and dinner. The bakery products are so tasty. We will be back again for sure! Thank you to all the staff working there for looking after us.

Visited Jamm with my Dad and daughter. All had freshly made wraps and had tea or soda. FAST service which they bring to your table. Friendly staff. Oh and CLEAN! HIGHLY, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED when in Derry City Centre doing some shopping.

A beautiful place and loved by many, the food is very delicious, the staff is very friendly and helpful, the prices may be a little increase, but I think because of the place or for the service, I do not know, but in the end I was happy to be there, and thanks to everyone
